This is a small bakery that very much takes one back in time as one goes through a rural, beautiful part of Tennessee. They promise vegetarian baked goods, though if honey is an issue for you I would note that they use it heavily. The loaf and rolls that I got had a hearty, whole wheat taste. There were also some branded vegan food items on sale, which I'm guessing are not available in a ton of places in this area.
Great vegan bakery and store with many hard to find items. If you can't have gluten you can't have the fresh baked items, but the store has many gluten free products. Definitely worth the drive. They were very helpful and willing to answer any questions.
