While traveling to see family we ate here and I accidentally left my purse with all of my identification and bank cards in it sitting in the booth. The associates were quick to locate it for me and find my business card in it and contacted me letting me know my bag was safe and that they would hold it for me until I could come pick it up. The carhops aren't very friendly but they have sped up the wait

Wendy's is known for its good food, but the service can be hit or miss. Some staff provide excellent customer service, while others are not very welcoming. Customers sometimes face issues like not getting a straw with their drinks. On the upside, the drive-thru service can be excellent, with friendly staff and fresh, unsalted fries. The new Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwich is a decent option, although some miss discontinued favorites like the Pretzel Bacon Pub.
