The food was great as always & the service & employees were super nice. The manager was the best in Dyersburg friday morning. I & three sisters & my niece & great niece chose Jack's breakfast over Cracker Barrel.
Out of mashed potatoes at 5pm. Manager isn't doing their job on truck ordering or delegation, especially when the grocery store sells potato mix. All kids working here, standing around talking trash. Dining room a mess. 1st and last

My wife and I WEREN'T greeted ,instead 2 employees were trying to figure out the register and completely ignored us for several minutes. Then when I ordered the lady asks which chicken strip meal I wanted and I said the $7 one with the cookie. Got to the table and there was no cookie. I told the lady I didn't get the cookie and she said I ordered the meal and it doesn't come with one and walked away, no apology. Also the strips were very small for the price.
