I ordered several burgers, fries, onion rings, fried pickles and a plain grilled cheese for pick up at 730. The food had been sitting for so long, I arrived at 725, the paper bags were falling apart due to the bag being wet. The batter was coming off the pickles and onion rings, fries mushed together in a big lump, cheese hardened on the grilled cheese to the point of it not being able to be eaten. I especially liked the waitress who brought the bags to the register and told me I needed to make sure everything was there because she was busy and walked away. I’ve eaten at the establishment multiple times but today was the last time.

I ordered a chef salad club and it says on their menu that it comes with turkey,ham,bacon,tomatoes,cucumbers,hard boiled eggs. I called the East Ridge location and there was no manager there and the server tells me that the chef salad club doesn’t come with tomatoes,cucumbers or hard boiled eggs. I’m steady trying to explain to them that their menu says otherwise. They were rude. I only ordered the salad because all of that came on it.

I love their Cheeseburgers. If you want to call in an order it’s hit or miss if they’ll answer the phone. I’ve actually had them pick it up and hang it up immediately. But I keep going back because they have the best burgers in my area.

In the middle of our meal a roach crawled across the wall. Then onto our table. Which my husband killed. We left the rest of our food sitting there and we left. I told one of who I think was one of the owners. All she said was thank you for telling her. And she was sorry about that. We will not be going back

This was my first time to eat at this lo Ely local burger joint. My friend and I were greeted by a wonderful and friendly host who was the best at suggestions, and we were seated promptly. She suggested the wedge fries along my bacon cheeseburger. They were supreme. The meat was very good and tasty and the wedges were the very best. The price was very fair too. I 100% recommend trying this little place out. Do not be fooled by the name, it is not Mexican food.

Loved everything about it. Food was out within 15 minutes and was so fresh. The service was great, and prices were fair. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Burgers and bologna sandwich were both amazing.
