Normally we have a great experience with customer service and the food when we visit this location. And we'll drive roughly 20 mins just to get it because we like it so much. Our most recent trip though, was horrible. 1 out of the 4 employees was friendly and apologetic. One of the male employees was VERY unprofessional and rude, complaining and wanting to leave. Our food was good. I just had to go back up 2xs for not giving us our order right. Then they wanted us to bring ALL the food we did get back up as if we were trying to seal 2 hamburgers that were only $4.50 for both. So be ready for a wait both in line and walk up but food is good ? I guess
