“Their egg drop soup is the best I have had out of the other restaurants around the area. I love it and I'm in there at least 2 times a week just getting the egg drop soup..yum!!! The other food is good also. Their sesame chicken is great and the egg rolls are always fresh and cooked to order. Reasonable prices also!“

“Went at 6pm on a Tuesday. Very crowded. Walked out to do drive thru.

I was very skeptical with all the 1 star recent reviews... drive thru wait about 15 minutes until I ordered. Another 5 to get food.

Ordered a bowl of orange chicken with fried rice, and small order of spring rolls, and small order or cream cheese rangoons.

“Our server, Maha, was amazing. Very personable and attentive! It was our 41st Anniversary celebration and we had a great time. “I just went to Hunan Wok for the first time tonight. The very first thing I noticed was the staff’s kindness. The restaurant was packed and I don’t think the man at the register ever stopped smiling. He had personal relationships with multiple people that came in and was happy to chat while prepping orders/taking money.

I took my food home to eat with my girlfriend, and let me tell you, this food is great. The rangoons are so full to the brim and have great flavor. Their egg rolls are delicious. I got the general tso’s with fried rice as well and I am very satisfied. I don’t think there was a single miss in my meal.

They also gave ample amounts of sauce to go along with my food and utensils to use when I got home. I know those things are rather simple, but it’s the little things about this restaurant that make it shine. 10/10. I will be back!“

“The food is usually quite good, but the customer service is very poor. We hadn't been there for a couple of years, and I am not sure what has changed. Very unfriendly the last several times we have ordered from there. Different owners maybe? Polite customer service still matters people. We won't be back.“

“We accidentally called them as they were closing and they still took our order! We have been coming here for years and I've never had bad food from here. Everyone that works there is very friendly. You never have to wait long for your food and its always fresh. I drive 15 miles for this place and pass other Chinese restaurants to come to this place. My favorite is the chow Mei fun any of them are a go to for me. My husband loves the happy family.“

“I love this restaurant so much, I work nearby and this is my go-to for lunch, especially since they have a lunch menu for a very good deal. “This is hands-down the best Thai restaurant in the Chattanooga area and honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere in the country. It may look like a Chinese restaurant from the signs and décor — and it is run by a small Chinese family — but don’t let the outside fool you. It’s a true hole-in-the-wall gem with incredible, authentically Asian food.

Everything is made fresh in the back, so the wait can be a little longer, but it’s worth every minute. The family is always kind, hardworking, and genuinely cares about the food they serve. And the food? Fresh, spicy, flavorful — easily some of the best you’ll find in this city. Chattanooga doesn’t have a huge variety of Asian cuisine, which makes this place even more of a treasure.

Plenty of people come in for American-style Chinese takeout like sweet and sour chicken, and they seem to love it. But the real standout is their Thai menu — especially the curries and soups.
