KFC in Erwin, TN is highly praised for its cleanliness and friendly staff. A truck driver particularly admires this location and suggests it should be used as a training store for other KFCs. While some customers find the prices slightly high, they enjoy the mashed potatoes and gravy. It is noted that potato wedges are not available on the menu. Recent reviews highlight the excellent, hot food that tastes like classic KFC, including chicken livers and chicken-filled sandwiches. Customers appreciate the fresh meals, friendly service, and good portion sizes, especially mentioning the attentive staff like Karina. However, some feel the chicken portion sizes could be improved, as the saucy nuggets bowl sometimes contains fewer pieces than expected for the price. Overall, the restaurant maintains a clean environment with friendly staff, making it a popular choice for those craving familiar KFC flavors.
