I love going to this Hardee’s in Erwin TN. Especially when Mrs. Diana is working she is always smiling, friendly, respectful as all of the employees are. When I get to see Mrs. Diana it always makes my day.
Diana is such a sweetheart! I’ll be back!

Hardee’s is always consistent with great food. The food is amazing, especially the sausage egg cheese biscuits. However, the best part is the staff. Connie and her people are the kindest, most caring people ever. They are one of the few fast food places that actually care about the quality of your food and getting it right. They always ensure correct orders, have a smile, and a very welcome greeting. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. However, everything takes ''5 minutes''. There is a very long wait when they are short-staffed. There was no coffee in the dining room and no ice for your drinks. The parking is not good; the spots fill up and everyone is stuck. Also, having someone bring out 3 bags of food while smoking a cigarette is honestly bullshit.
