As always they ask you to pull forward when there is no one in the drive thru. So that their timer doesn’t show how long it takes them. I don’t think there was anyone in the restaurant. Because they have not opened up their dining room yet. I was asked to pull forward and I told her that’s not Necessary there is no one behind me. So guess what. Hardee’s is always consistent with great food. The food is amazing, especially the sausage egg cheese biscuits. However, the best part is the staff. Connie and her people are the kindest, most caring people ever. They are one of the few fast food places that actually care about the quality of your food and getting it right. They always ensure correct orders, have a smile, and a very welcome greeting. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. However, everything takes ''5 minutes''. There is a very long wait when they are short-staffed. There was no coffee in the dining room and no ice for your drinks. The parking is not good; the spots fill up and everyone is stuck. Also, having someone bring out 3 bags of food while smoking a cigarette is honestly bullshit.
