Not very friendly when you pay at first window. The man at pick up window was in a hurry and basically started handing food and drinks out so fast I almost dropped my drink. I was the only car in line
Every McDonald's in the Tri Cities area sucks anymore. There's not been a single day in almost a year that I've went to the ones in Erwin, Jonesborough, and Johnson City and not got parked for the stupidest reasons. Either waiting on fries or chicken nuggets. Hell here lately they haven't had cups or soft drinks. Idk who to talk to bc obviously the franchisee could careless about how these places are ran as long as theyre making money.
I came thru McDonald’s after a long day at work, very hungry. I noticed the place was busy inside and drive thru, but lucky I got my ordered pretty quickly due to the manager named Jasmin she was having the place under control, she was very kind and helpful. Great attitude towards me and everybody around her!!
