This is my go to spot for a quiet cup of coffee, I love that they are open at 7a, always friendly and I have never been dissatisfied with the food, drink or service.
I tried this place at 7:15AM on a Saturday morning. I have to say my expectations were very low but this place far exceeded my expectations. The owner was extremely nice. I got a thunderbolt (lemonade w/espresso) and it was certainly one of my favorites I've ever had. My friend got a caramel latte and he said it was very refreshing and smooth. If I am back in Erwin in the morning, I will most definitely be returning. Cheers to a hidden gem
This is a fantastic cafe! The owners are incredibly sweet, the coffee is top notch, and the sandwiches are delicious!!

Solo Cafe LLC is a hidden gem that serves a best espresso drink and a large selection of sugar free flavors and dairy free options. A $5 breakfast sandwich with a $1 drop coffee deal is offered daily. The breakfast sandwich is made fresh to order and is described as freaking delicious. Coffee is incredible and there’s a huge menu of flavors to choose from, including the iced clinch cappuccino. The cafe has a cute little area for small kids to play and games to play, and several tables for dining in. Service is kind and attentive; the owner was working on a Sunday morning and was a pleasure to talk to. Baked goods such as Blueberry, Banana Walnut, Pumpkin Cheesecake muffins and a Maple Pecan Blondie are available and make everyone in the crew very happy. The salted caramel frappe is perfect. Gluten free options are not available for food at this time, but customers can bring their own gluten free bread to build their own sandwich at their table.
