“For a chain restaurant there is a local feel with the staff and regular crowd. A lot of staff have been here a long time, giving this Chili's consistency. The service is almost always great and same with the food. Restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean.“

“My friends and I have a standing engagement to go to this location once a month. We encounter a variety of workers and every single one of them has been friendly and helpful and our order is always correct. The food is great each time - portions are always plentiful. I’m never disappointed each time we go.“

“My wife and daughter went Sunday afternoon. We didn't wait long before we were seated at a dirty booth, a large amount of napkins food and crayons were on the floor and some food on the seats. It seemed to be a problem to get it cleaned up. Once it was swept up I had to get a paper towel and clean the seats myself. We were 3 seconds away from walking out when a server came to get our order. He was very nice, we had our drinks in a matter of seconds and our appetizer in a few minutes. The food came out promptly and was hot and very good. Drink's were refilled and everything else was fine.“

“I so appreciate that this restaurant is celiac-friendly and offers to change their gloves. We’ve never had an issue with cross contamination. This is one of the only places in Knoxville my daughter can safely eat. Thank you for being (mostly) gluten free!“
