“For a chain restaurant there is a local feel with the staff and regular crowd. A lot of staff have been here a long time, giving this Chili's consistency. The service is almost always great and same with the food. Restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean.“

We encounter a variety of workers and every single one of them has been friendly and helpful and our order is always correct. The food is great each time - portions are always plentiful. “Absolutely wonderful people at this Chili’s on Kingston Pike. Attentive and kind. My order was taken quickly and given quickly to me. Only a short wait, where the host made sure I had something to drink while I waited for my take out. Will be back soon. My southwestern egg rolls were perfect.“

“I so appreciate that this restaurant is celiac-friendly and offers to change their gloves. We’ve never had an issue with cross contamination. This is one of the only places in Knoxville my daughter can safely eat. Thank you for being (mostly) gluten free!“
