“First time in and it was amazing! Great food, drinks and service.“

“Always loved the Salsaritas on Chapman until their latest management took over. When he first took over, 2 tables had people outside (7 ppl) and 2 tables inside (6 ppl) when it became closing time. We were almost done but the other tables recently sat. This new manager locked the doors. The table next to us needed napkins and refills on their drinks and his response was....we are closed. He had no problem selling us food but didn't tell anyone we would be locked out. He was even rude about it. Especially when we asked about it. The people inside, they mopped around them even as much as near their feet. One group got up and left. So, I haven't been back there in months. Left a corporate voice mail instead. Went back tonight, and OMG same manager ever worse. I live 20 minutes from the store and asked if I could have everything separated as to not have soggy tacos when I got home. First 2 ppl said yes but 2nd person ignore it and piled my ingredients together. then had very small amount of chips so I asked for more, offered to pay for more. (the girl put about 6 more chips in the bag and I said, can I please have more? I will pay for them. Then my next ingredient was added on top of another from a girl who came from the back. I said, I wanted everything separated please, she just stared at me. I said, forget it. I a ll just go elsewhere. It was clear, that I was not going to get the food how I wanted. So, I left. However, manager walked up behind me as I was turning to leave.....I decided not to make a scene and called instead. he was cocky from the first 30 seconds like he was the last time I was there. While I was explaining he said: "Are you finished?" The banter started between us and his excuses were: Customers don't order this way. I am a customer and I did. She had just come from the back. I said she was the final nail for me when it was clear I would not get what I ordered. then he said. "Just finish, we are not upset you left! I don't have time to argue with you!" I used horrible language and hung up on him. I lost my cool...shouldn't have but this guy has been a jerk not once but twice. Even the employees aren't happy like they used to be. He will be happy to learn, I won't go back but others should know that he is not someone you want to have to address. Went for real Mexican food...service and food was amazing! Must add, manager also excused behavior by telling me about food costs.“

“We ordered service for 20 catering with delivery and set up for a college graduation celebration. Taco bar and fajitas bar all fixing. Food was excellent! Arrived piping hot, as scheduled. Caterer set up chafers to keep food hot,placed everything orderly and brought flatware, plates and napkins. Great experience and value. Will definitely order again.

Vegetarian options: Rice , beans, lots of veggies.

Kid-friendliness: Ground turkey tacos, cheese dip, salsa, nachos.“

“My friends and I have a standing engagement to go to this location once a month. We encounter a variety of workers and every single one of them has been friendly and helpful and our order is always correct. The food is great each time - portions are always plentiful. I’m never disappointed each time we go.“

“My wife and daughter went Sunday afternoon. We didn't wait long before we were seated at a dirty booth, a large amount of napkins food and crayons were on the floor and some food on the seats. It seemed to be a problem to get it cleaned up. Once it was swept up I had to get a paper towel and clean the seats myself. We were 3 seconds away from walking out when a server came to get our order. He was very nice, we had our drinks in a matter of seconds and our appetizer in a few minutes. The food came out promptly and was hot and very good. Drink's were refilled and everything else was fine.“

“I so appreciate that this restaurant is celiac-friendly and offers to change their gloves. We’ve never had an issue with cross contamination. This is one of the only places in Knoxville my daughter can safely eat. Thank you for being (mostly) gluten free!“

“We go here all the time. Drive thru usually gets the order right, but I like to go in and order from the self-service board because I can see what all else I can put on my food. There is one lady there who stands out from the crowd. She is so amazing with customer service it's incredible! I will have to get her name post it here. This taco bell is pretty clean and always fast service. Portions can be a hit or miss though but for a Taco Bell it is a good one.“

“Moes More Monday - had a bowl special prices if u have the APP. Servers were very accommodating in putting coice of ingredients into the bowl. Both ground beef & chicken - the were very generous on the amount they put on of everything. At my home Moe's thy are not so generous. Also gave me a large bag filled w homemade tortilla chips, enough for a party - again extremely generous. Way better than Chipotle, Moe's doesn't charge extra for chips. Had the crema sauce on the side - it is mild and very tasty. Also had the Queso dip - so good.“

“I wanna start off by saying the food was delicious, our server Brandon was awesome! The place was clean , the host Katie and John was amazing .the manager Daniel is amazing! What I didn't like that the manager on shift tonight was Tasha and she was making people wait 30 to 40 minutes to be seated even though there was PLENTY of seating. So many people left as we were eating because there was a " wait " when there was at least 10 to 12 tables available. I've been to this establishment when it was so packed you could lean over to the next table. I just think it was poorly on the manager part...“
