“A great place for a nice bite to eat. A little pricy, but the food is worth it. I sat at the bar because I was by myself. Service could have been a little quicker, but other than that I have nothing to complain about.I had the Cuban sliders & fries cause I was just stopping in for lunch.“
“I’ve come here a few times and every single time I’ve been treated great. When I go I look forward to getting to catch up with everyone. Prince, Brandon, Sherry, and Kristina do a great job and always make us feel welcomed. With that being said, there’s something special about the servers and bartenders in this restaurant. I’ll be back soon!“
“Was able to share great food and service with some customers! I had the meatloaf which was amazing! Others in the party had the fish n chips, flatiron steak, and cajun pasta. Everyone loved it! They have quite the extensive whiskey list and I was excited to see that they will be carrying one of my favorites soon, Pursuit Spirits Bourbon and Sherry Rye! I cant recommend this place enough!“
“This was our first time visiting STOR and we were very impressed! We made a reservation 10 minutes ahead of time, for a Friday night this was shocking, when we arrived we were sat immediately. Ordered the bao sliders which we were not impressed with and the manager was kind enough to refund. We ordered the filet with goat cheese ravioli which was AHmazing and the center cut filet with crispy potatoes which was also delicious. Definitely will return.“
“A nice place. Virtually almost nothing for vegetarians and the one thing I tried the pasta dish - spaghetti with parmesan was not any good. It was just so sopping saturated with Parmesan that just really wasn't enjoyable at all and didn't have a good texture. My friend loved the trout though and said that it was excellent. She also loved the IPA, but I thought it was humorous that it came in a can and they made a big deal of pouring it in a very fancy flourish to allow the vapors to volatilize.Vegetarian options: There is nothing there for a vegetarian at all that is edible or at least enjoyable if you can choke it down. So if you're a vegetarian and you go with others who are not, forget it. Best to go go somewhere else where everyone can have a good dinner.“
“After plans to visit Smash City continued to fall through, I finally made it for the first time Friday afternoon. I came by at 2 something so it was an odd time and no one else was there. Let me start by saying that the double fried fries here are THE BEST I’ve ever had! I’ve lived on both coasts and now the Knox area, am a chubby MF’er who loves the best burgers and fries in the world and look folks, this is the spot! Seriously folks, when I had the fries and the smash burger here, I was trying to contain the unicorns and rainbows flying from every orifice! Definitely the BEST “smash” style burger too! Even the syrup mixture on the soda machine for the root beer was turned up to “painfully sweet”. Absolutely perfect!!! I WILL be back assuming the stent and quad bypass are successful. Lol (knock on wood). Don’t forget to bring change for the meters during the week!“
“Friend's all love it maybe I was expecting a little more. Atmosphere was cool but the bathrooms were in rough shape when I was there. I always envision that a restaurant's kitchen is as clean as the restrooms. Food was pretty good I was not a fan of the wing's or the pizza but I'm spoiled from eating at some other places. Service was really friendly and very attentive. I can def see why it's packed in the afternoon.“
“I love the atmosphere and the food. The reason I only give it 4 stars is because they up charge for a freshly grilled chicken on a salad. It's a trend here in Tennessee! You order a "grilled" chicken salad, and the chicken is cold. Probably grilled yesterday. If you want it freshly grilled and hot, that'll be $4 more!“
“We recently held a private function at the Oliver Royal. The best experience anyone could ever hope for. The helped plan the event and menu options. That was great but the staff on the event night knocked it out of the park. Great folks that made it a very special evening.“
“The bartender was pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable! He served my partner and I several beers to taste. He really went above and beyond! If this gentleman ever gets to Massachusetts, he should let me know as he is welcomed to stop in to Start Line Brewery in Hopkinton. A great experience today!“
“Visiting from out of town and came for breakfast. The four of us all had something different and every entree was delicious. Husband had meatloaf and loved it. Our server, Mary Beth was excellent! Family friendly, local family owned. Will be back!“
“M.O.B. is easily one of downtown's best spots. They have always hired the most incredible people and the patio/beer selection/location is unmatached. I have spent many game days, concerts, and relaxing nights with friends here and can't recommend it highly enough for beer lovers or anyone who just wants a casual drink in the Old City. Also, dog friendly for any pet owners looking for a change of scenery.“
“They offer a solid mid-week brunch offering and have a perfect room for a small office meeting.Parking in the area can be a trip, though.Vegetarian options: Though most of the dishes don't default to it, they're tasty with the meat removed!“
“I don't know what took us so long to get to this restaurant. However, the wait was totally worth it! I have to say it's probably one of the best meals I've ever had in my entire life, and I know good food! We ordered half of the menu. OK that might be an exaggeration. However, we ordered raw oysters, the oysters Rockefeller, tuna tartar, crabcake, carpaccio, prime rib, fillet, and the New York strip. Every bite, every morsel of food that I put in my mouth was not just good. It was exceptional. Our waitress was awesome and took incredible care of us. We had an amazing experience, and I cannot wait to go back.“
“Service at 71 South was excellent, but the food could be better especially for vegan guests. The cauliflower steak had a charred outside, yet the inside was undercooked and hard, with minimal steak sauce. Vegan options rely on seasoning, and while I appreciate the offerings, I suggest boiling, searing the cauliflower or baking until soft, and enhancing it with plenty of seasoning and sauce. I'd consider returning for that improved preparation or additional vegan options. We want a good experience too! Thank you.“
