“As a world traveler I have dined at some of the best restaurants in the world. Lakeside didn't disappoint. Steak, trout,, pear salad and spinach did not disappoint. Great wine list with fair prices. Reminded me of Mucky Duck on Sanibel.“

“We had an excellent dining experience, thanks to Casey’s outstanding service. He was incredibly attentive and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. For dinner, I enjoyed the pheasant, which was absolutely delicious, while my husband had the ribeye—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Our son ordered the sirloin, but it wasn’t quite to our liking. Casey handled it with professionalism and care, ensuring it was promptly corrected. His warm and accommodating nature truly elevated our experience, making our evening both enjoyable and memorable.“

“We ate dinner on Wednesday, our first time. The service was Excellent! Kind, and very helpful! We definitely will be back!“

“So we were seated at 1:34. At 1:49 my wife had to ask the hostes if we actually had a sever because no one had even looked in our direction. A couple minutes later our server finally showed up. We realized we had seen her multiple times at other tables, and walked by our table everytime, but never stopped. Yes it was busy, but not so busy we had to wait that long. Multiple people who were seated after us had already gotten their drinks and food from other servers. We had to ask for napkins and silverware even with ordering a potentially messy sandwich. We ordered our food and drinks at 1:55. Roughly 10 minutes later our food was out and delicious. The cooks did a great job and out order was correct. I recommend the restaurant as the food and prices were good. Maybe the server needs to be retrained by your best server.“

“We were quite surprised how busy they were on a Monday during lunch time. We scored a nice outdoor patio table after a 20 minute wait. We ordered the crab cakes and black bean burger with sweet potato fries. Very tasty and would order them again.“

“Boyfriend and I really liked this place. We came on a weekday night during our trip a month back and they had great food. I was surprised there weren’t more people there but I liked the low noise level that night. Our waitress was really sweet.“
