Quick service, but we soon found out that it was because the chicken was old, biscuits were hard & potatos were dried up. We should have just asked for our money back when we coyldnt chew the chicken up, & went somewhere else, but we didnt. The next few people who came in after us, had to wait a very long time to get their order, so I gues theirs was fresh. I will go to Merridianville KFC from now on. Much better food & service.
The new Manager (After Roxanne left) is both belligerent and grossly incompetent. Old food. "Modified" hold times (hence the old food) poor (if not downright profane) customer service. I WILL NOT RETURN WHILE HE'S Employed. - Fried Chicken and good Customer Service. It's not rocket science. As the ONLY Fried Chicken Place in a VERY small market, can a KFC Franchise owner "afford" a bellicose and angry Manager? Apparently they can. #boycottKFC37334
