I recently did an order for pickup and sometimes those can be hit or miss at places. I was happy to see that they got my order completely correct and everything was still warm. I was in and out of the restaurant in 2 min to pick up my order. The burger itself was tasty, but a little overdone. That was my fault though, as I forgot to pick some pink for the burger. The fries were good as always though!

Went at 11:30 AM with a friend. The food was hot and good. The waitress was excellent and very busy. They need to hire more wait staff.

Abysmal customer service for delivery orders. Indifferent customer service management. Beware if you have gluten sensitivity issues. Many better choices out there. Don't reward people that take your business for granted.Update: Uber Eats refunded my order in its entirety without me asking for it. Red Robin that actually made the mistake is silent and unconcerned with customer service and allergy sensitive issues.

OMG it's awful. The server was pleasant, but it took forever to get our food. I got the Avo-Cabo salad. There were two tiny pieces of slimy BROWN avocado and about a half dozen tiny pieces of chicken. Definitely not appealing at all. I won't be back.

Great to go pick up experience. Friendly and welcoming hostess, clean lobby and the fried chicken burger (Southern Comfort) was fantastic. Large serving size, full of flavor and tasteful. Highly recommend.

I asked for NO PINK. This was honestly the worst burger I've tasted in a long time not only was it not cooked it tasted like a cafeteria burger that was frozen that got cooked fast. I want my money back but obviously that's wishful thinking

After more than 10 years since my last visit to any Red Robin restaurant, I found both the food and the service good. The burger was very good (well beyond the usual fast food contenders and better than that of many gourmet burgers .) The fried sides were tasty, evenly and consistently cooked, but just passable due to the batter holding too much oil for my tastes. And, yes, Mom...I ate my vegetables (fried zucchini and jalapeno buttons.)I'm not at all a fan of thick-cut fries, the Robin's signature side-dish, so they'll never be an option for my orders. The Yukon chips are something I'll look forward to trying. My first choice was onion rings, but the Robin is a bit too proud at nearly $1.00 per ring.I'd expect your mileage is likely to vary with both crew changes and time of day for your visit.
