Great to go pick up experience. Friendly and welcoming hostess, clean lobby and the fried chicken burger (Southern Comfort) was fantastic. Large serving size, full of flavor and tasteful. Highly recommend.
After more than 10 years since my last visit to any Red Robin restaurant, I found both the food and the service good. The burger was very good (well beyond the usual fast food contenders and better than that of many gourmet burgers .) The fried sides were tasty, evenly and consistently cooked, but just passable due to the batter holding too much oil for my tastes. I recently did an order for pickup and sometimes those can be hit or miss at places. I was happy to see that they got my order completely correct and everything was still warm. I was in and out of the restaurant in 2 min to pick up my order. The burger itself was tasty, but a little overdone. That was my fault though, as I forgot to pick some pink for the burger. The fries were good as always though!
