When they're freshly made, soft and warm out of the oven, they're the best! Sometimes the pretzels are overdone and too brown which tends to cause them to not be soft. Its the luck of the draw and depends on the person doing the baking. You don't know if they have been sitting awhile, so I ask and if they are not freshly made, I wait or come back for the fresh batch. Worth it! 5 stars if fresh; 3 stars (or less) if not.

I've written two complaints already on today's obscene service....
We was at the mall before 11, walking around till you opened .The older man tells my daughter you wasn't quite ready yet.
And to give him five minutes, they didn't have nothing up..
Then a Caucasian lady comes up he serves her what he had ..
Opens the register and services one more nice caucasian lady with a child..
Another blk lady walked up and ordered & could tell we was upset..
