“I placed an order for 12 mini pies for thanksgiving, they were delicious! The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. Well while I was there, I dropped my ID and didn't notice. One of the lovely staff dropped if off in my mailbox! They went above and beyond, especially around a busy holiday. Truly appreciated.“

“LaTonya did a great job decorating a sheet cake for my son's 4th Hot Wheels themed birthday. But the most impressive part was how delicious the beautiful cake was!! Most of the time, you have to sacrifice taste for the look, but LaTonya is a rare find where her cakes taste even better than they look! And they look pretty amazing.
Her cake pops were excellent!! We ordered a dozen each of the chocolate, lemon, and red velvet cake pops. The sheet cake was vanilla/white cake. I'm not usually big on white cake, but this is by far my favorite!!
The lemon was also really good! Again, not typically my first choice unless LaTonya makes it!

Everyone at the party agreed that the chocolate cake was perfectly chocolatey not to mention the smooth, decadent frosting - not only looked amazing but also had such delicious flavor!! We had sent in a picture to Kailey Cakes via email of how we wanted to the cake to be decorated for my daughter's 30th birthday celebration. We were offered a wide variety of food options and beverages and full access to their attached Wine & Spirits shop for craft beers, wines and other liquors by the bottle. I highly recommend this place for wedding showers, private parties, or other social events! Manager Rusty was amazingly helpful in planning, setting up and executing the entire package.“

“We went to this location to pick up an order we had made online. We had ordered a dozen cookies with frosting, and added two extra frostings to the order. Unfortunately all the frosting was left out of the order, but when we called customer service they went above and beyond! It was 8:00 on a Friday night, but someone immediately answered the phone, was overly kind, and not only refunded our money, but gave us $10 in coupons to use for our next visit!
