What truly set this experience apart was the staff. Alanna was phenomenal, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel completely taken care of, anticipated our needs, and struck the perfect balance between attentive and relaxed service. On top of that, David was incredible to work with when helping us accommodate a special occasion. He was extremely communicative, thoughtful, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. “My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Best choice ever!! We were greeted by our wonderful server, Meg. She was so bubbly and funny, gave us the best recommendations and promptly came to check on us. We loved literally everything we ordered down to all 4 apps we got, 4 drinks and an entree (we were hungryyy) and they did not disappoint in any dish. The manager, Bradley, was so friendly and accommodating and even gave us a complimentary desert for our night! “Cool bar to grab a drink after shopping. Good selection of local beers on tap and hand crafted cocktails. They now have a QR sticker that allows you to order food from Hattie B’s & Mojo’s Tacos! Order and pay from your phone and they bring it right out to you!“

“We have been going to the Rutledge for years and loved it; however they have changed their menu significantly. Most of our favorites are gone including the Mahi with coconut rice. We settled for a burger which was OK, but we don't go to the Rutledge for burgers. Really hope the change the menu back or at least add more options. The service was great but we won't go back until they update the menu.“

“This is our first visit to a Chuy’s and happy we found this location. Near tons of shopping with easy parking. The greeter took quick attention to us and we chose to eat outside on the patio. Our server got to us and brought chips, with salsa and spicy ranch dip. We ordered cheese enchiladas, fajitas tacos, and child quesadilla which came with fries and an orange push pop. The fajita tacos were just grilled, thick chicken with stuff on the side. Not really fajitas though. The cheese enchilada has con carne which took me back to yesteryear. Service was stellar. The restaurant was clean. We hope to return on another visit to the area.“
