“Saw a review of Everest Restaurant and Bar and saw they served Nepali, Indian, and Bhutanese cuisines. I’ve never had Nepali food and looked forward to learning how different it was from Indian foods. My server Sushmita took my drink order, and I wanted to try a Gorkha Beer from Nepal. Sadly, they were out of Gorkha so I went with Taj Mahal beer from India…a very good lager. I wanted to try a variety of different items and informed Sushmita my spice level was mild, so I ordered the following: Chicken Momo JHOL. I’m still not sure if this is a soup or a dumpling stew. The Momo are pretty big, and there were eight of them in this dish. I would rank this “soup” as one of the best soups I’ve ever enjoyed and would order this again and make this my meal! The Lamb Thali is a platter made up of several different dishes which are supposed to create a balanced meal. I cannot remember what Sushmita called each little cup of food or sauce on the tray but the lamb was to be eaten with one, two, or many of the side sauces or garnishments. The lamb was slightly overcooked but wasn’t tough and overall this was still a good dish and an experience in itself. I did figure out the small round ball is the dessert item called Gulab Jamun…OMG it was rich, sweet, and delicious. The place is not much to look at on the inside but it is clean, and while Sushmita and I may have experienced some communication issues, she took great care of me. There are a few more interesting noodle dishes here I would love to try on my next visit.“

“The bartender tonight was amazing. I had a great chat with him, and it seems he's leaving to a new adventure soon. “This is our absolute favorite place to visit when in Nashville. Our server, Destiny, is the best! Being from Eastern Europe, it just adds to the ambience of the experience. As soon as you walk into the door you are transported to Europe. The smells engulf you, as you walk by the most amazing dessert display. Do NOT pass up dessert! They have the most extensive coffee menu I have ever seen. If you’re looking for hair of the dog, you can add alcohol! We have never had anything bad here, every bite is divine! I highly recommend the Mexican hot chocolate, the avocado toast, and the rosemary potatoes (we dream of these).“

“The Honky Tonk Hideaway Elf/xmas pop up bar in Nashville is a full-force holiday experience! The Xmas spirit is floor to ceiling, wall to wall! Great cocktails and reasonable prices. Fast service. The energy stays high from the moment you walk in. Tvs hitting all the major games.
The extras set it apart. A mechanical bull. A hat-making station. A merch section. And a FREE bus tour that takes you downtown.
Bottom line. Come on in!!

“I am so happy I found Two Hands. The food here is so delicious and very fresh and flavorful. The portions are pretty big. “I came by last week and sat at the bar. My bartender Kelly was everything you could ask for and more. She was super attentive, her drinks tasted amazing, and her conversation was so refreshing, as the bartenders on Broadway all seem miserable. It was good to see such a bright light in the industry here in town. I had the pepperoni pizza and was very pleased. Just enough crunch and plenty of cheese. Service 10/10 food 8/10. Will definitely be back because of Kelly!“

“We really loved Southern Grist when we first found it. Great craft beers and a great food menu, but as of late, the food menu disappoints. Anyone can do burgers and beers. Bring back the chicken sandwich, bao buns and vinegar potatoes. Your menu made you unique now you’re just like everyone else.“

“Cannot say enough great things about this bar! The food and service are always top-notch and consistently great. Huge shoutout to Jen, Jill, Ryan, and Q for always taking such good care of me, my friends, and my family. Y’all truly make this place feel like home.
The only thing I’d love to see improve is the music. As someone who frequents the bar pretty often, I’ve noticed the playlist has gotten a little repetitive, with a lot of the same songs coming back around. I’d love to hear a little more variety—different genres, throwback nights, etc.

“The arcade games were super fun. We spent over 2 hours here. These are older arcade games; not the new games. We did not eat and we did not have any drinks. We only played arcade games and had a great time. Majority of the games were 25 cents per play.“

“Wow! What a delight! This space is gorgeous! The food was fresh, artfully plated and incredibly tasty! Our favorite part of it all though was the hospitality we experienced with the staff! Sydney and Ally were such a delight! You could tell they loved their jobs and they loved ensuring that their guests enjoyed their entire experience! I love a good coffee and Sydney asked if she could make a recommendation- I was so excited to give whatever she made a try! Oooohhh la la the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Latte was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! “Live Oak was the perfect place to wind down after the chaos of Broadway. It’s conveniently located near our hotel on Demonbreun Street, so we stopped in for a couple of drinks and grabbed a table outside. It was a great spot to relax, people-watch, and enjoy the Nashville evening.
There was a live band playing inside, and they were fantastic. We stayed outside, but we could still enjoy the music, and it added to the atmosphere without being overwhelming.

“I don’t go out much, but when I decided to come out with a couple of friends recently it was a great time! DJ was doing his thing, the security was kind, owners were attentive and I had a great experience with my server as well.
