Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

WONDERFUL! Went today to the Franklin location for my birthday and sat in the kitchen so my son could experience it, and WOW! The service and food were amazing, our waitress was great and Kevin the manager really made our day, he was AMAZING!! I have been going to Buca for many years but this experience was one for the books!

The food was good, but if I hadn't come with a very good coupon/birthday reward, it would not have been worth the regular menu price. For 2 people, it's impossible to get a “full meal” (pasta, protein, side) without having too much food and a big bill. 💰

Family get together for my Daughter-in-law's birthday. Our waiter was a doll. Friendly, efficient, kind, and felt like Family. The food was good too!

This is a nice restaurant for family gatherings. We were a party of 6; had made reservations but still had to wait 15, maybe 20 minutes to be seated. We went on a Saturday night and there were people there that were obviously going to a dance later. Beware, this place can get loud. We were seated next to a table of about 15 people, with young children. Very nice but loud. Entrees were pretty good, salads are good. Wait staff friendly and efficient. I would definitely return.

Went to Buca for a family birthday. We were seated in "The Playroom," next to a huge table of screaming children. For the next 1 1/2 hours, we tried to enjoy our meal while the children yelled and ran around. Totally ruined our experience. It's a shame, because the food was actually pretty good and our server, Emma, was very nice and attentive. It was like eating at Chuck E. Cheese. We will not be back.

My granddaughter and I celebrated her birthday with dinner. We had the Caesar Salad and Baked Ziti. The salad was fresh and delicious. The ziti was loaded with cheeses and topped with dollops of extra ricotta. We will definitely return for another special occasion.

We had such a great experience. We had never been and my son wanted to celebrate his 15th Birthday with a group of friends. The service was EXCEPTIONAL and the food was AMAZING, The restaurant has a unique set up and decor. It was so fun. We will be back!

Read the fine print on coupons. Not able to use on the Sunday special and the server was not familiar with the coupons either. So the $25 off $50 was not valid. Disappointed because that is why we picked Buca for my birthday meal…..

Dinner for a friend getting married. 10 of us in Pope room. Great food! The service was amazing. Highly recommend for friends or family gatherings. Fun environment and the staff made it easy to order and gave great recommendations.

Server was wonderful , atmosphere was great. Food was mediocre . Food wasn’t that good we had chicken Alfredo and Lasagna .
Chicken in Alfredo taste like it was boiled very bland and tasted awful. Lasagna was dry the tomato flavor did not taste like true Italian it taste more like tomato paste with no seasoning.
Also the family style menu is not customer friendly meaning you have to order family size portions and if everyone in your party wants different things that’s an issue especially when each dish is $50 bucks each !
If 2 people went to eat and wanted 2 different meals then that’s $100 bucks not including drinks and tip ! That’s ridiculous!
I Do Not Recommend it was our first time dining here and it will be our last !
Spent $113.00 for a party of 3 ( one of which was a child) and had a $25 off coupon so In actuality my bill would have been $150.00 plus definitely not worth it!
I’d like to note food was so bad we left the rest of it there wasn’t worth bringing leftovers home!

The very best Italian food made from scratch, that I ever tasted. To the server that I forgot his name, it was so wonderful talking to you and you're sooo professional. Everyone bring your whole family and friends. They serve large groups family style in the evening. Definitely a restaurant you won't forget!

One of my favorite restaurants. The staff here was amazing! I live in the DC area where they've closed our Bucas. Was so excited to find one in TN while in vacation.
