Easy to make reservation using Open Door. Our request for seating in the Pope Room was accomodated. We celebrated a birthday dinner in style.
Cool decor shitty food , no better than fazolis quality
The food was great as always.
You can’t go wrong here!
The service was good but average.
But since when does an Italian restaurant run out of wine, like Pinot Grigio? Also, know what wines should be refrigerated/kept cool and which ones not. I had to ask for a chiller for the bottle of white wine. Here’s what I got….
Are we losing our luster a bit?

I love Buca di Beppo and was visiting the area, so we came here for dinner. The food was not on par with the other locations we’ve been to. Definitely left disappointed.

Waited a long time for a table when we made a reservation. Place was empty and they stuck a party of 7 in a small booth. When they finally remembered us we asked for a place to sit that could fit us. This was supposed to be a fun celebration for our newly graduated employees and instead was a frustrating and embarrassing experience.
We went here on Christmas Eve hoping to start a new family tradition. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
We had reservations for 7:30 PM and were not seated until 9:15 PM. During that entire time, dozens of families were standing around with no communication, no updates, and no apparent concern from the hostess, who seemed completely unbothered by the chaos. What made it more frustrating was that there were open tables throughout the restaurant, yet there was zero coordination or effort to move people along or find solutions.
Once we were finally seated, there was no acknowledgment whatsoever of the ordeal we’d just been through. The waitress made no mention of the delay and gave off the impression that she was simply ready to go home. A manager was nowhere to be found, at least not one who took ownership of the situation or tried to make things right.
Christmas Eve is a busy night. I get that. But this wasn’t about volume; it was about poor organization, lack of leadership, and total indifference to guests who had planned their evening around a reservation.
We genuinely wanted this to become a Christmas Eve tradition, but after this experience, we won’t be back. Disappointing, especially for a night that’s supposed to feel special.

Service was slow, but it was Chistmas day, and I'm sure they were short-staffed. Food is always great there with generous portions. Buca's has a unique ambience. There's even a table in the kitchen. Great dining experience..
We enjoy visiting on Christmas Day each year. The food quality is good. See y'all next year.
Beware when you order pick up catering orders over the holidays. Despite ordering days in advance and pre-paying for a large order for a Christmas Eve family celebration, the restaurant was in complete chaos. People had been waiting for over 3 hours to pick up their to go orders. There were probably close to 50 people waiting in the front entrance area for pick up orders as well as for dinner reservations which were also extremely delayed. Management was literally in the kitchen preparing food. It took 20 minutes to speak with a manager. Logistically they should not have accepted the volume of orders and reservations that they did so families could have made other arrangements. Eventually we were able to pick up our order which was 30 minutes late. Other families orders were not processed at all. They left with no food.

Our reservation was for 5:30pm, at 5:15 we were told it would be “a few minutes” - at 6:30 we still were not sat, as with everyone else in the lobby. They kept saying a few minutes without being honest- it ruined the whole night. Our server was awesome !!! He did spill hot lasagna on one of our guests - and was so apologetic - super great guy - but no manager came over, nothing was comped - after waiting over an 90 min for a table and a $400 check - was a little annoying no one felt the need to check on us - bc we were “cool” with the issue. Ive worked in restaurants for years - mistakes happen , but also it shows how you can take care of your customers - probably wont go back anytime soon - which is sad bc we used to love this place.
They are out of business
Atmosphere was nice, food was mediocre for the price. Food on par with Olive Garden but 3x the price. Would not return

We were celebrating our Granddaughter on her 14th birthday. Our waiter Austin was absolutely wonderfu!!! And the food was delicious and the portions were huge! The dishes are served family style, which is portions come out like small is big enough for 2 or 3, and the large is enough to serve 6 people. The taste is absolutely on point. If you haven't eaten their food you are definitely missing out.
