Was it actual chicken or just a chunk of misery marinated in apathy?
There was no aroma, no richness, no spiceājust blandness with a faint aftertaste of regret. Iāve had airplane food with more soul than this. The raita served on the side looked like it had lost the will to live, and the boiled egg felt like an afterthought from a completely different dish.
If you love biryani, donāt do this to yourself. This wasnāt biryani. This was a crime scene.
