Great food and service today! Our server Winnie was so kind and observant, and the new burnt ends pizza is fantastic!

Delicious meal.

The place is quiet and friendly. We got the five cheese pizza and the chicken tequila pasta and the upside down cheesecake. all the dishes were good. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We came in at lunch on a Friday and Mia was our waitress. She did a fantastic job and seemed to have at least 10 tables plus us. Food was delicious and service top notch: friendly, checked on us repeatedly, and on point.

We enjoyed coming in for pizza for my daughter’s birthday shopping trip. Our server Justin was amazing. We were in at a time of day where it appeared he was the only server and at any given time he had 5 tables located throughout the restaurant. He was as attentive as he could be when constantly called by the kitchen and working tables throughout the restaurant. He was very sweet and came to check on us often without being pushy and brought our check and boxes for us to take food home quickly when asked.

For the food-My daughter loves pizza but didn’t love the crust without toppings however she ate the whole pizza minus the crust. My husband ordered the Thai pizza and loved the flavors but the raw carrots on top without being pickled or cooked left a dry taste in his mouth. He stated while he enjoyed the flavors, the carrots weren’t very pleasant after the first piece. I have celiac disease and there were options on the menu that were certified safe. I identified my celiac disease and asked the questions I need to ask to be safe and went with the avocado club “egg roll” lettuce wraps. They came with two sauces, one was rather spicy, while the other was creamy. I enjoyed the meal but there was a lot, so I ended up bringing half home for later. My husband and I both had adult beverages as we were on a marathon shopping trip with our 12yo and found both to be stronger than anticipated and very good.

The food was wonderful. We tried a couple of new items- the burger bowl and chicken avocado lettuce wraps. They did not disappoint. Katie, the manager, ensured that we have a great experience.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I absolutely would. I went in on Monday and ordered the steak salad. That same night I ended up violently vomiting, shaking with chills, and was rushed to the hospital. My blood pressure dropped to 80/30 and kept falling. I tested positive for E. coli.

I’m a healthy person, I eat clean, specially because I’m breastfeeding my baby.. this was literally the only thing I ate outside my normal routine that day.

It’s now Saturday, and I’m still sick, still unable to keep food down, and my milk supply has dried up because of this. I cannot believe a kitchen can be this careless. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Do NOT eat there

Visited here while traveling. Service was IMPECCABLE. Be sure to ask for Ben. He was a sweetheart and very attentive. Food came out fast for our Party of 8 and we thoroughly enjoyed it too.

My go to place for pizza in Franklin.

Firstly, I am a supervisor for an international chain of hotels so I am in the food and beverage industry and I say this for you to take note. Our staff is young as well, so we get the mindset that these jobs are a dime a dozen; however, we take our customers seriously because they pay our bills. Moving on, we literally were ignored by staff, had to ask AGAIN for someone to take our very simple order, food arrived iced cold and looked like garbage. Server sorta wandered off to make it right or I believe that is what she said. Well, we didn’t stick around for you to make it right because our time is money too and eating early on the Friday after Christmas ( approximately 4:17p) isn’t an excuse for extremely poor food to arrive. My staff would be immediately fired for such deplorable service or lack thereof. We take the food service industry very seriously. You will NEVER get our business again and we noted the table next to us had an entire table of food and apparently theirs was poorly made as well because they left too. Shame on you CPK, you used to be fairly decent food, but that ship has sailed. Don’t bother trying to make it right because I will never step foot in here again. Happy New Year.
