Came on a Saturday afternoon so we expected a wait. They take down your name and number then send a text when your table is ready. It works out pretty well since the restaurant is located within a mall. So you can walk around and shop (or window shop) until you receive the text. Which is exactly what my family and I did.

My family loves eating here when we have to visit the Galleria mall. This chain restaurant has been around for some time, and normally I would give it a five-star. However, since the pandemic, the wait staff has been drastically understaffed. We often find ourselves waiting at least 30 minutes for a table in an otherwise empty restaurant. We loved the pizza but some of the dishes that they leave close to you when you want to serve yourself your pizza were dirty.
They have a lot of staff and you see that sometimes they are not doing so much and make just noise. I suggest to have a private space for employees away from customers and they can feel better in those moments when they are waiting to see what to do.
