It was my first time here, and I was greeted by Tori. I told her I'd never been there and asked what she recommended, she told me she made a custom bowl for herself every day. So I said, I'd love to try it. Gurrrrl, that Shawarma bowl was fire! I hope you tell your custom bowl recipe to the other staff, because when I come back next time I'm going to be real sad if no one knows how to make it! Thank you to both Tori and Ava also for the great customer service!
Side note, the cinnamon sugar pita chips and honey were also delicious. Highly recommended!

As many reviews state, the service is absolutely horrible at this location. We got there and was asked for our order by an individual who does not speak English nor did they understand any part of English. One of our party members has a dairy allergy and at other locations they usually allow us to state that. However, this location didn’t let us until the non-English speaker showed us the bowl and we told him “no good”. That then caused a flurry of activity and disrupted everything. With pointing, head nodding and asking for the card to point at the ingredients, we finally got our order. Sadly, I got over charged for my bowl since it should come with avocado but the person didn’t put it on.
On top of that, the food wasn’t prepared correctly. Each bite of lentil was a mouth full of crunch, jaw jarring crunch. Normally I finish my bowls but I couldn’t today because of how incorrectly prepared the food was.
Needless to say after all that, I will never be coming back to this location. And I encourage everyone to stay away from this location.
