“As a Mall Rat of the '00s, I can say for sure that Charley's is a mall staple and a mall just isn't a mall without one. Today I had the Old School Chicken Cheesesteak w/Jalepenos, Banana Peppers, Hot Pepper Relish, and Extra Sautéed Onions. I also order some fries and sprinkled them with the seasoning shaker.“

“My experience is that the food is what I expected. It did take a minute, I will say that I’m also in the industry, and this place took over an old Lennys, and kept their design. If they only have two people on, they can only be so efficient. So yes, sometimes you have to wait. Be patient, understand your food is being made fresh instead of being sandbagged…and just hope they can get a remodel one day to help them be more efficient. Until then, I definitely understand what they’re working with and will take it into mind whenever ordering.“
