I placed order online and when arrived they started making it and when I walked in to pick up there was NO ONE there as far as customers! There was 3 employees talking in which was disappointing since I placed online to be ready upon arrival. I do realize one or 2 of them maybe training. One looked like he rolled out of bed and walked in hair everywhere just not professional! Maybe take some pride in your job! My experience is that the food is what I expected. It did take a minute, I will say that I’m also in the industry, and this place took over an old Lennys, and kept their design. If they only have two people on, they can only be so efficient. So yes, sometimes you have to wait. Be patient, understand your food is being made fresh instead of being sandbagged…and just hope they can get a remodel one day to help them be more efficient.
