This Chick-fil-A is always top-tier. Mark was so attentive and kind. Beyond this locations, welcoming energy, I have never, and I have been going to this Chick-fil-A for over six years. I have never had my order be wrong…..that says enough.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Worst chick fil a I've ever been to. Ordered a regular chicken biscuit meal and chicken biscuit at 10:14 and received the wrong order sitting in the drive through until 10:41. Save your time and go somewhere else

This particular Chick Fil A was disappointing. I'm used to being greeted by the employees at Chick-Fil-A and being around warm and friendly people. When were walking up to the door, there were 3 employees outside. My daughter happily greeted them as she loves CFA and they just looked at her and kept talking. I greeted them afterwards, a little louder to see if it was just the volume. Same thing, they looked at me and said nothing. When we walked into the establishment, no one greeted us either. It wasn't until I stood at the register that someone polite came to take the order. The kids area was dirty and so were many of the tables. I ordered my daughter her kids meal and we left.

Good food, but I wouldn't recommend the drive through. It is not set up well. Aswell as employee working drive through was very distracted with his radio, and what was going on inside rather than taking my order.

Apparently it’s a free for all on the door dash shelf! I mean apparently you don’t even have to verify your identity let alone if you’re there to pick up a door dash order. And when your door dasher gets there and sees that your order was taken by someone else. They will refuse to remake your food, and tell the door dasher they have to contact door dash and your order gets canceled. Don’t understand why “your original order left our doors so it’s out of our hands” was an acceptable answer to my calling the location to ask why they couldn’t just remake 4 chicken minis and a frosted lemonade.

I came to this location around 2:45 on 5/23. And it was really weird, but today this food just was not hitting. For one, in my milkshake my cherry had a pit in it still….i am not joking. I’ve never had a milkshake cherry have a pit. It was very unpleasant. Secondly, I thought I heard somewhere yall changed your fry recipe? If that’s true it was very noticeable. The fries were uncharacteristically flavorless. And had zero salt, I literally had to ask for salt in the drive through, bc they were awful. Definitely a slightly different texture than before as well. Overall just had an awful experience here today lol.
