I just want to talk about how great or an experience I had with this Chick fil A’s customer service. I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. This type of service is so rare nowadays and this is what keeps me coming...

Parking: There’s a plenty of parking spots but depending on how it busy.

I love picking up curbside here. Only problem is the pickup spaces aren’t monitored. Does anyone in the mall keep regular shoppers from parking there? Want to keep coming but have been told I have to park close up from one of those spots and I’m not waiting for one to become available when no one is in their cars.
