The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because our waitress Megan was great! The food wasn’t good at all. I was highly disappointed in it. My husband and I visit chilis regularly, but will never go back to this one. We left a full alcoholic beverage, and 3 almost full meals behind due to a child that clearly needed medical attention behind us. She coughed the entire time we were sitting there. We didn’t want our 18 month to get sick or us. I know everyone has the right to go out to eat, but that was borderline abuse. Several people walked out because of it. Management should have gotten involved for sanitation, and health purposes. Not only for customers, but employees as well.

I had to have a procedure early morning and it was the first solid food I could have from two days. The staff was so accommodating in substituting items in my mail that I was able to tolerate after having procedure. Little things like this mean so much when you're not feeling well and the customer service is top-notch and the food was out of this world. We will definitely be returning soon.

I had a really bad experience here. We were there for over 2 hours. The waiter would not come to our table (there were only two tables when we were there) and we had to flag him down to ask for water refills, which never arrived. When we ordered he didn’t put the order in. We had to ask the hostess to put them in after waiting for 45 mins. Then when the food arrived we had no silverware, we again asked the hostess and she didn’t know where to get them (fair, not her job). We asked our waiter again for water and he was like “more?!” We tried to explain that he hadn’t brought any the first time but he ran off. We were having trouble paying and no one was any help. Overall we could not believe how bad it was. Seriously.

Another successful date night in the record books for me and my honey. We tried this location in Franklin and it was nice. Kinda empty at first but soon became a hot spot and people were coming in by the dozens. Our food and drinks were delicious ? the service was a little slow, they only had 1 server, bless his heart but plenty of kitchen staff to help, and they brought our food out, the waiter he was getting it done!!!! Our drinks stayed full and so did the chips and salsa.

Horrible curbside service. Waited for 10 minutes after checking in on App and food was sitting at to go counter the entire time. Finally had to call to get food brought out to me and of course it was cold when I got home with it. Restaurant was not busy at all.
Great food and wonderful service. My favorites include their nachos, southwest egg rolls, and their chili. Maddie is the best server I have had in a very long time. I would definitely ask for her section. Very attentive and friendly.

The bartender was the server for that entire half of the restaurant. Went there for a steak but all we got was “somebody will be with you shortly.” Ended up walking out and going elsewhere after sitting at the table for 15-20 mins.
