Had 2 pickup orders wrong today. $2 extra for sweet potato fries that we didn't get and a turkey sandwich that was nothing like the menu - bacon, lettuce, cheese...received lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. It took 15 extra minutes and it was messed up that bad. How? They were not busy. Should have heeded coworker's warning that the quality/service had gone down hill.
Very poor management and food was not good at all. I would not recommend at all.
I was excited to hear that a location opened up a few streets over by my work. Me and my co-workers frequently order food from restaurants nearby. We decided we wanted to try this location and seen that the website offers online ordering. We tried to order but were having issues so we called and were told they don’t accept orders after 5pm. M.L.Rose Neighborhood Pub is a Nashville staple with a fun atmosphere and two covered patios that are super dog friendly. The food is delicious, with top tier crispy brussels and a thicc ranch. The Sgt. Pepper turkey burger is delicious, though portion sizes seem to have reduced in size. The boozy creamcicle was incredible, and there is a wide beer selection and shareable dessert. The staff is wonderfully attentive, friendly, and very nice. It is a nice, comfortable, reasonably priced place to sit and eat. Some hope the restaurant remains open and encourage the community to support it.
