Chipotle Mexican Grill in Franklin

“Food was good. Service at the counter was fine. We went on Christmas Eve a couple of hours before they were set to close. They were already cleaning everything. I get it, everyone wants to go home early, but don't let that impact your service. While we were eating, they were mopping the floors in the dining room (left pretty wet on a slippery surface), turned off the soda fountain and removed the nozzle, and covered up the main trash cans and put a small one in front to use. All while people were still coming in and even as we were leaving. The little things like that can prevent loyal customers from coming back.“

“For some reason this location is cheaper by more than a dollar for the same item than the one down the road, yet they are only 2 miles apart. The portions seemed bigger here and also staff where more friendly. As always, great food that fills you up when you get tired of everything else.“

“Very big and clean location! They have a lot of seating for customers. The older lady working the first half of the line clearly hated her job. Seemed like an inconvenience to put my burrito together but I guess working in a fast food joint will have some people feeling that way. The younger man that put on the burrito toppings was much more pleasant though!

The food was good! Tasted fresh. I got my usual burrito with brown rice, barbacoa, mild salsa, extra sour cream, cheese and corn. It was delicious! Their chips were also salted perfectly. Would definitely be back. Hopefully their crew is in a better mood though, it’s a little off putting to deal with someone who’s rude when they’re working a customer service job.“
