“I decided to delete my previous review and add a new review. I have seen major major improvements in this chipotle everything from the food to the customer service is so much better. I’m happy to see these changes and I will be coming here more often. The chipotle meal I just had from here is the best chipotle I’ve had in a very long time and I eat Chipotle regularly.“
“Corner restaurant in plaza on the corner of West End. One entrance at the light and limited parking. Restaurant was clean, staff are friendly and quick service. Fresh produce ingredients and seasoned meats and tofu. Aside from entrance and parking, great spot for filling bite and has several tables outside facing main road.“
“It was the worst restaurant experience ever. The employee preparing my food was distracted talking to her friend next to her about their personal relationship and wasn’t paying attention to my order. She even added so little chicken that you could barely taste it. I usually love Chipotle Mexican Grill, but this was by far the worst Chipotle Mexican Grill location I have ever eaten at“
“I’ve avoided this location for months after some poor experiences but gave it one last chance tonight (12/20). I was shocked at how great it was! The workers were all kind, welcoming, and efficient. I haven’t seen a Chipotle location as clean in years. I’ll definitely be back in the future!“
“It’s my first time coming here and Mr. Russell and Mr. Owen are definitely one of the best employees at this location. They’re kind, understanding, friendly, has great customer service, super professional and deserves a raise! Thank you both for making my night and I appreciate your service 😊 I got a soft taco in a bowl and they made that happen, super happy 🙃“
“literally the best and only chipotle anyone should be going too they have amazing staff who are so kind there manager Ira is so sweet and stays on top of everything anytime i’ve been i’ve had nothing but an amazing experience“
“Ah, Chipotle—how it tempts one with the promise of a satisfying meal, always so dependable, so steadfast in its consistency! The food, it is true, is often a delight to the senses—rich, flavorful, and so generously portioned that one is left overwhelmed by the mere quantity. And yet, as with all earthly pleasures, there is a shadow, a faint but undeniable disappointment that lurks. This location, as it turns out, does not always carry the specials promised by the wider world—those fleeting treasures, like the brisket, which one imagines could bring a moment of novelty and escape from the mundane. It is not the fault of the establishment alone, but rather a cruel fate, as I have come to understand, that these offerings are subject to the whims of each individual store. The frustration is real, my friends, for one cannot help but feel a sense of loss when such expectations go unmet. And yet, what is a man to do? The quality, the very essence of the food, remains unshaken—true, unwavering—and so I find myself returning again and again, drawn not by the promise of novelty, but by the undeniable goodness that continues to fill my soul. A 5-star experience, then, though not without its moment of melancholy.“
“This was the first burrito I’ve had in years from Chipotle that tasted like the Chipotle I remember from 15 years ago. Meat actually had flavor. Portion was perfect. Chips still barely had salt or lime on them but whatever with the standards at Chipotle across the country in recent years being incredibly low, I’ll take a delicious burrito any day.“
