Their customer service is incredible! I didn’t receive one of my items that I had ordered (mistakes happen), and they really went above and beyond to make it right!! Thanks Chipotle and Lindsey!!❤️
Horrible! Staff is not friendly. Place is dirty. They never have food ready and the one time I was able to get food it was not good. I would not recommend to go to this location.
Insanely slow during rush hour. Only meats available are chicken and barbocoa and were out of everything else. Food was cold. Chips were stale. Napkins were out

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular spot, often busy with college students and locals. The service can be hit or miss, with some staff members being friendly and helpful, while others may be rude or unfamiliar with certain menu items. The food is generally good, with options like high-protein bowls and chicken bowls, although some customers have experienced issues with overcooked or charred chicken.
The facility is clean and warm, with good portion sizes. However, parking can be limited. Some customers have reported issues with the restaurant's system, leading to delayed mobile orders. Despite these challenges, the staff have been praised for their efficient and hardworking approach, with the manager helping out with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Overall, Chipotle offers fresh and tasty food, though the customer experience may vary.
