This is a busy location besides the Panera at the airport, so I typically order from my app ahead of time to give them a chance to get my order ready. The security guard is helpful in keeping non-customers out of the parking lot, so that long time customers like me don't have to fight for a parking spot.My order has been messed up a few times, but they have always been friendly in getting it right.
I love finding Panera Bread in a city I visit. The food is always good and the staff is usually friendly (98%) .
