Was in town for business and this was the closest Chipotle. I read the reviews before I came and honestly was a little hesitant but cane anyhow. Upon entering it was packed with college kids as it is by the University. I could see that there was quite a few items in the buckets that were out. I asked for 2 bowls with white rice and no cilantro. Lady grabs one bowl goes and gets the rice with no cilantro and says what about the other. I say again I want to bowls with white rice no cilantro. She throws the biggest fit and is rude as heck. Then she had an attitude the rest of my time there white we went through the line adding the extras. The facility was completely disgusting and filthy. Looks like they haven't cleaned in a few days. The food in all the buckets was all mixed in from just sloppy food handling. Anyhow the services was horrible but my food was good!!!

They suck. From here to metro center. Not a good look to run out of chips salsa and food. I went to metro center first and they were out of chips and never said a word about them with getting food. I didn't know you could not get chips and salsa with your food anymore regardless to the price. GET IT TOGETHER. TF YOU THINK PPL GOT GAS TO WASTE TO GO THE THE NEXT LOCATION. YALL SUCK

The individuals were friendly, the service remained consistently good, and everything proceeded smoothly. When I ordered my usual high-protein bowl, the lady seemed unfamiliar with it, which is typical for 90 percent of the locations. She suggested I choose my ingredients down the line, but I preferred the original combination. Understanding their busy schedule, I opted to order online without any fuss. Despite not being familiar with the area, the staff were helpful in providing the store location for my online order—a rare find. While the service was great and the food was satisfactory, I encountered a minor issue when the store associate referred to me as "sir," despite my feminine appearance. Although I clarified my preferred pronouns, I doubted if she heard me due to my quiet voice. Overall, the corporation is very LGBT friendly. One reason I eat here a lot. One suggestion I have is for them to place the corporation cards like lifestyle bowl cards at the cash registers to assist associates, they do this in areas like the Bay Area in California where such requests seem be common. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, reaffirming my choice to dine there.

Horrible service at this location. Waited 25 minutes in a line of only 9 people being served ahead of me. Then they didn’t have lettuce, black beans ,or corn salsa. When I brought up that I didn’t expect to pay full price when I was not made aware of missing basic ingredients and an absurdly long wait, the manager instructed me to come back the next day to complain. Will not be returning. Save yourself the headache and just go to Waffle House instead.

I should’ve known better to try this location after reading the reviews. But I attempted to extend grace since I was on my lunch break.However, the customer service was terrible and it was dirty and smoked out as if they didn’t know how to open a door reduce the smoke.When I finally tried my burrito it tasted worse than Taco Bell. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Standard atmosphere, but no music ever playing, service is quick and polite, but I must say they’ve double charged me more than once, and that is something everybody would like to avoid…Lastly, the chicken is consistently charred on both sides, we’re basically being served black char with some chicken on the inside of a burnt shell. This is something that has only increased and I think I’ll be trying burritos and chicken bowls from other venues. Please teach your cooks how to not be distracted by other employees, leaving the meat on the grill for excessive periods of time. This is unacceptable food to serve.Wheelchair accessibility: It exists… what about it?

Idk how they have so much issue with pickup orders, there was a crowd of people clearly waiting for theirs and the employees didn’t even acknowledge us for 15 minutes (wasn’t busy). Then I find that all of our to go orders were ready just sitting behind the cashier, and nobody thought to put them in the pickup order shelf. And of course, they got my order wrong, and what they did give me sucked.

I give this place the one star because the food is delicious and the employees are working hard. However every time I’ve ordered they’ve left something out or it’s been wrong. I give a place three chances before I’m done , today was three so I won’t be back. Sad face , if you’re eating in it’s fine if it’s mobile sit there and make sure it’s correct before leaving the place.
