Out of some of the food our kids wanted at 7pm. Rice was undercooked and crunchy. Food was overall not great tasting. Restaurant was filthy. Bathrooms were not stocked. If this was our first experience at a Chipotle, we would never be back.
To the corporation of chipotle: As an owner I can only say that the costumer service in this location is poor. When you own a business you should know the costumers are the reason why we stay open, without the costumers we are nothing. The way this employees treat a costumer when we make a complaint is absolutely a no go. Your reviews in this location don’t even have a 3 star. Don’t go here if you want a correct order particularly pickup. My past three orders have all been messed up in some way.
