Food was good, but not great. Server kept coughing in her hand and then touching food (cough in your arm, use hand sanitizer wash your hands something) but I mean she was nice I guess. Bathrooms sucked. Had to wait for the handicap stall to open to be able to use the changer.

Quite small compared to others I've been to. But staff were kind and the building was as clean at it can be with thousands of kids in and out all day.

I really enjoy bringing my kiddo here to play and run off her energy. The food is great and fresh, also very filling. We even had her birthday there today and everything was perfect. Price is decent and get the bang for your buck. The only issue I have is they put in this new trampoline attraction that you have to pay separately for. And they do 5 minute intervals if there is a huge line. The biggest issue is the young staff not understanding how to deal with different age groups. Especially 3 year olds. We kept explaining to my 3 year old that they had to stay on their own square and jump. The rules state they have to jump at all times, no sitting or anything of the sort. We would parent her to let her know if she was doing anything wrong and the staff would get impatient. They told my husband they were gonna make her get out and the staff were told we understand but she's only 3 and we were handling it. If you cannot be patient with children and you work around children , perhaps find another job that would suit your needs. Overall, I don't understand the concept of a trampoline in the middle of chuck ee cheese . Overall, it's great just feel like staff need to learn how to handle children better.

Took my daughter here for her birthday. Her and her best friend absolutely loved it! Tons of fun games to play. The mouse showed up for another kids' party, then went stone the whole place saying hi to everyone. Would go back again.

After an afternoon here we probably won't be back. Disappointed with how many of the games were not working and it's not like there is a lot to choose from. Even there ice cream vending machine wasn't accepting our dollars. Too under staffed to check people leaving while also taking care of people who are coming in. Which makes the stamp pointless if I can just walk out. The best thing to come will be the trampoline but I can see that being over run by kids because it will be the most thrilling thing there. Hopefully Chuck E Cheese as a whole will eventually bring better games to their locations.
