A pretty good experience! The kids love it and it's clean. The people who work there aren't very enthusiastic, but still a fine time.
Do not recommend this location. During our visit, staff behaved unprofessionally in their interactions with children. On two separate occasions, an employee identified only as “Brittany” was physically aggressive toward our 4‑year‑old on his birthday. We were very concerned by how these incidents were handled and by what appeared to be a general lack of compassion for the children in their care. Based on our experience, we will not be returning and advise other parents to exercise caution.
Great place for a birthday party!
Celebrated our little one turning 3 and we didn’t want to have a lot of planning involved because we would not have a lot of kids join him. We booked the 6 kid birthday package and it was a great price for the unlimited 2 hours of games for all of them. We brought our own table cloth and set up but they had their own if we didn’t. The food was pretty expensive but it was expected. We got 2 large pizzas, an appetizer and 2 large orders of wings with the party package and it came out to about $300 ($100 for the party package and $200 for food). The wings were delicious and everything came out hot and fresh. The parents and kids ate all the food and enjoyed the experience very much. Thank you to the staff at Chuck E. Cheese in Franklin TN 😊
Ugh this place. The people who work here seem like they hate their lives and are so unfriendly and miserable. If you don’t enjoy your job that much, find another one. Several machines were broken too
Perfect fir kids on an early Sunday, its not as busy
They charge a fortune and don’t even deliver pizza to the table which leads to other kids knocking out your hands while trying to juggle pizza and kids. Then they don’t even wanna replace. Half the machines not giving out tickets. Definitely not worth the money
Many broken games and quite warm inside
We didn't eat. We just went to play games. This is probably the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I have ever been in! Very impressive.
There were some games that weren't working. And we did have to wait a while to cash on the tickets as it seemed there was only one person taking orders for food and doing the tickets.
Overall, our kids had a great time!

The food was similar to how I remember it. The salad bar was ok not great. We didn't like the slice of cake. It was fun to see the baby run around and play just like I used to. The prizes were not great but I don't think that's changed lol

It’s a great place for kids but can be overwhelming for parents for smaller kids. Many parents don’t watch their children and they run around recklessly paying no mind to smaller children. I was steps away from my small child when two kids plowed passed me and knocked my toddler into one of the benches of a game. I couldn’t reach her in time, and she hit her head so hard that it made a very loud noise that caused several people to turn around. I never once received an apology or saw the parents of the two children that did this to her. The new “all you can jump” trampoline is an absolute joke! You pay $12 for socks and a bracelet and if you are lucky there will be someone there to let you in. If not you have to track someone down to then go and find someone to watch the trampoline area. The second there is zero children in the area they immediately lock it up and run away. We paid the $12 for the “all you can jump for 3 minutes” and then nobody was ever there again. The cards instead of tokens are great but when you scan it, it doesn’t always work the first the time. No big deal… except for when you are repeatedly scanning one of the games. Like the Skee Ballgame where you think it’s the card not scanning then you realize it’s taking away your points, but no balls are coming through for you to actually play the game. The games are also VERY hard for small children to even win the smallest tickets for trinkets. When there is a game for $12.99 on Amazon going for 6000 tickets, you can only imagine what the smaller trinkets are going for. A lot of the workers clearly hate their job and are inattentive or rude. We had to continually repeat ourselves the other day to the girl at the register because she was not listening to a word we were saying. The salad bar is sub par for claiming fresh veggies daily.
On a positive note, the pizza was delicious and the manager is helpful and works hard.

Food was good, but not great. Server kept coughing in her hand and then touching food (cough in your arm, use hand sanitizer wash your hands something) but I mean she was nice I guess. Bathrooms sucked. Had to wait for the handicap stall to open to be able to use the changer.

Quite small compared to others I've been to. But staff were kind and the building was as clean at it can be with thousands of kids in and out all day.
