We absolutely love this restaurant. We found it by mistake and I'm glad we did. I could listen to the owner Jane and my husband tell stories all night long while eating great food and drinking cold beer ? our server and the atmosphere were amazing also.

Please trust me when I say do not go to this place! Kitchen staff does not know proper food handling laws, employees are so beyond miserable it’s i enjoyable just to sit at a table there. Owner will cuss you out if you even slightly tip her off. Another employee Jackie or even Janet maybe is the rudest woman I have ever met. Overheard her talking about other employees as if they’re garbage. Poor taste and no class is a disease people! Do not get yourself wrapped in it! Would give zero stars if possible.

Waited at the front for over 5 minutes for someone to sit us even after multiple servers saw us. Nobody even acknowledged us or the family of 6 standing behind us waiting as well.Me and my husband finally just decide to seat ourselves in the bar area. Tables were not wiped down and everyone working there seemed miserable. Was not a place we cared to eat or drink so we left and went to Jonathan’s!Short staffed or not the place seemed like a very unhappy environment.

We came across this by accident but glad we did. Sitting at the bar, Chris took good care of us. We had the fish and chips as well as the grilled chicken sandwich. Both were very tasty and affordable. It's a sports bar atmosphere but kid friendly.

grabage carnival quality food my pizza smelled like dog food. i didnt get ANY service while i was there and the place was almost empty. some ugly old lady started screaming across the restraunt at her employees. as usual the british fail miserably at everything they do. yuck avoid.

Spicy wings and fish and chips are outstanding. Mango ipa is delicious. Stick with bat good you won't be disappointed

Today, Saturday November the 20th2021 around 2:50 pm had an extremely bad experience at Cool Springs Brewery-in Nashville , Tennesse. I was there just few minutes ago with few friends, ( 6 of us) while we waiting a waitress in white shirt , radish hair receives us with an attitude, and cursing. So while waiting to be seated I was reading your license and waiting patiently. We took a picture and then I realized that the license was expire and I thought was nice to say that the business license was expired. She went off on me, cursing and harassing me. Everyone turned around and looked at what was haI was very polite and I even apologized for that.. we were 6 of us and she didn't keep herself in place. That made our environment hostile. Therefore we felt uncomfortable and left the place. I am sure the owner can take a look on the video and judge on his own.

We've always had great experiences at Cool Springs Brewery, from the quality of the food to the great service from conscientious servers. The portion sizes are generous, the food is cooked to order, well presented, but most importantly delicious. Give local, family owned restaurants like this the chance, and you won't be disappointed!

To go order… I asked for extra tarter and malt vinegar, mac and cheese instead of fries. Food tastes good, but no sauces and fish is tiny. This place was my go to for fish and chips. I still left a $5 tip for $14 of food. Portions used to be huge, couldn’t eat it all. Service used to be outstanding, not this time. Hopefully just having a bad day…

I was excited to try this place out, the atmosphere looked cool and the menu sounded good but unfortunately it seemed like there was no hostess. We stood at the stand waiting for over 10 minutes with no one in site. Really upset we didn't get to eat here, but I guess it's a blessing if the hostess service is that bad.

My daughter and I waited over 30 minutes for our food. We watched other tables that came in after us get served. When the food came out everything was cold and my daughter's chicken sandwich was way over cooked (nearly burnt). No refills were offered even though the waitress walked passed our table several times. She never came back to table. i had to get up and find a waitress to get the check and pay. Will not be returning!!!!!
