Had a really nice birthday dinner with family. Food was really good (3 out of4 had the filet) cooked to everyone's satisfaction. Service was exemplary. My one negative would be noise level, at least where we were seated. Would return as we did appreciate the way we were treated.

The service is as incredible as the food — which is hard to beat! Each of us got a different steak cut, and no one in my party was disappointed. We will definitely be back!

Great food and excellent service—our server worked with us to get us to our event on time and still have a good meal and delicious cocktails Only thing that needs to be changed—-open table listing says free parking in the back lot but that lot is now paid

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with dinner at Cork and Cow. Everything we ordered was delicious. It definitely can get a little loud in there, but it was not to bad. We will be back!

Gary was awesome! We had family in town from Australia. They were very pleased with this dining experience. He was very attentive. He tailored cocktails to our liking. Overall an awesome experience.

Being new in town, we visited on recommendation from friends for my wife's birthday. Our server was excellent, and we enjoyed cocktails and charred oysters. Unfortunately, our entrées were not prepared as well as we expected. Her steak frites was unevenly grilled - one end rare, the other medium-well. My wild boar chop was over-done. We started the evening thinking this might become a local favorite, but left with plans to keep looking.

Third time and C&C and was again very happy with our meal. It was anniversary and the staff took great care of us. We've never been disappointed in the slightest. Go with confidence.

This is among my favorite restaurants in the greater Nashville area, and is an absolute gem in downtown Franklin. Everything was perfect - from the Wedge Salad to the NY steak, from the fresh sourdough bread to the crème brûlée. I only wish they had an espresso machine! Our server Allie (sp?) was outstanding in every way. Her knowledge of the menu was impeccable and her sense of humor on another level. We had such a good night.

The male bartender with shaved sides and man bun with a gray beard (sorry forgot his name) was a whiskey connoisseur and knew his stuff. Thank you for your suggestions. Manager David did a wonderful job checking in on us as our seating was delayed but made everything right. Barry was an awesome waiter as well with great suggestions. Overall, a great staff and management team made this place worth the experience.

Best meal and service so far, and we come here often! Favorite place to eat in Franklin/Nashville.

We've eaten here many times and always enjoyed our meals at Cork and Cow. This last visit was disappointing. The service was excellent and the food very good. Our only complaint is portion size. Had we known the scallop appetizer only had 2 scallops, our table of 4 would have ordered something else. Two in our party ordered fish and both portions were small.

Very small place with random table set you. The boar chops were tiny and a little overcooked. Oysters were amazing and service was great. A little pricey for what you get...$48 for two tiny boar cops was disappointing. Space looks more like a bar then a restaurant.

We have been to Cork & Cow many times over the years and I have to say that last night will probably be the last time we go back .Our server was kind and attentive however, we had to wait extended periods of time to order food and drinks. When we finally got our meal my wife's steak was extremely well done when she ordered medium. I flagged the waiter over and he was apologetic and put another steak in but then we had to wait almost another 20 minutes before it arrived. By the time the steak arrived, our meal was cold and we were just ready to call it a night. The manager came over to address the mix up but was very brief and never came back over to check in. To top everything off, it was my wife's birthday. Very disappointing given the price of the meal and the caliber of meals we are used to from Red Pony and some of the other restaurants In the area. It might have been an off night given some of our previous meals there but, all in all, it was one of the worst celebratory dinners we have had in a while.

I ordered the aged rib eye and was surprised by the cut. While the flavor was there, the steak was overly fatty with a lot of gristle and tendons, which made it chewy instead of tender. For an aged rib eye, I expected a smoother texture — it almost seemed like this piece might not have been butchered properly.

Did not disappoint! Our first time as a new somewhat “local”. Sitting at the bar was worth the experience of getting to know many of the restaurant’s “regular” patrons. Good food, drinks and conversations along with a seasoned staff of excellent waiters and bartenders make the evening a repeat experience!
