We go through drive-through at 1:35 and order chili cheese fries, a double cheeseburger, and a single cheeseburger. Our food comes out, and we drive off to go park and eat. We open the bag, only one burger, the double. The single was missing. We go inside and have to wait about 10 minutes to get to the front of the line, whatever it’s busy. We tell them our burger is missing; they ring it up. We wait 30 minutes until the lady that was behind us in line goes up and asks for a refund because of how long it is taking to get her food, so we go up after we’re like, “We have been waiting here for a single burger for 30 minutes; that’s a bit ridiculous. Especially because we had already gone through drive through and they forgot the burger in the first place. Can we just get a burger or can we get our money back or anything because this is so ridiculous!” The manager comes over, and she says that they’ll get right on it, and so we wait probably another five minutes until the food comes out. We ask a cashier if there’s anything we could get for having to wait this long for a single burger that they forgot in the first place!!! He says they can give us two ice cream scoop coupons instead of anything else because his manager is preoccupied with something else, which is such poor customer service for this issue. We go back to our car, and we’re starting to eat our food because we’re just so fed up with having to wait this long, almost 45 minutes at this point and he opens up his chili cheese fries, and there’s no chili. It’s just a box of plain fries, and he was on his lunch break from work, and so we didn’t have the time to go back in and tell them to get us chili cheese fries, which is so stupid that we ran out of time for this issue. They messed up our order twice, and we don’t get anything from it but 2 scoops of ice cream.

I'd never been to Culver's until yesterday. I had watched a couple videos ranking the best fast-food or quick service burgers in the U.S., and noticed that Culver's was consistently near the top of the rankings, and at #1 on one particularly extensive review. Started reading Google reviews and saw a handful of 1-star reviews. They almost prevented me from going, but I decided to go find out for myself.
Sorry folks, some of the 1-start reviews on here are ridiculous. They're outliers at best. Culver's butter burgers are phenomenal, hands-down, and I am a burger lover. Not only that, but the people working there acted as though they wanted to be there. My wife asked a gal that took our order about their ice cream and she immediately offered a sample. They make it in-store, and it's amazing. I woke up this morning trying to think of an excuse to go back there today, but I'm going to wait until my daughters are home from college and will take them before Thanksgiving.
I am consistently disappointed with the subpar quality of food coming out of this Culver’s. I’ve now been to this location a handful of times and every time there is something wrong with my order. My last order? I got the new garlic pub burger to try and I received a regular double cheeseburger on a plain bun with plain mayo. What? I also ordered a kids meal with fries and a drink. I received no fries, and no drink. I ordered a chicken tender meal and received no sauces. I feel ripped off every time I go here. This place is run by a bunch of teenagers and early 20 something’s that seem to not care at all about the quality of food they put out. Where is the manager? Where is the owner? Do they not care about their customers? I’ve been to Culver’s in many different states and this one is consistently the worst Culver’s I’ve ever been to. No smiles when ordering, no polite attitudes, poor customer service, and consistently wrong and bad food. A disappointment to the franchise. A disappointment to Franklin. I won’t be returning nor will I ever recommend this location.

Ordered their highly regarded fish sandwich. The fish itself was wonderful, but they toasted the bun to almost black, could hardly find the tartar sauce, a big disappointment. Had a big dose of ' barely trained, slam it out'.
I'm a Culver's fan, but for two with a drink at almost $20, this was a big indicator of little control in the kitchen. Unfortunate.

Yeah, in the drive-through getting lunch for my mom who’s in an assisted living facility. I ordered two value meals with coffee. Guess what the meals came out with no coffee and then I had to wait for them to make coffee. So 10 minutes later I’m on my way with the “fast food”. Really disappointed in Culver’s. I feel like this location has gone down in service over the last couple of years. Although, otherwise, the young staff seems good.
