I came in at 1:30 on Sunday afternoon. That's why I rated the atmosphere so low. The placed was packed to the rafters. It was noisy. At eight pm on a Monday it's probably great. I got the Butter Burger deluxe. It was really good. I was hungry and that filled me up. The frozen custard was like old fashioned ice cream
Next time I will try to go at night on Monday.

Corrected review. This place is great. I had my restaurants confused. Everything was very delicious.

Please take the time to read this review in full to see exactly what kind of franchise this is.
First of all, I ordered my food online at 6:10 PM. See picture below. I arrived at 6:15. It said my food would be ready at 6:17. I waited until 655 and went inside because at this point I thought it was ridiculous that I had waited over 40 minutes for my food When I went inside. I told the girl at the register that I had been waiting for nearly 50 minutes for my food and no one had brought it out to me. She went over and realized my food was sitting there waiting. She brought it over to me. I reached in and felt my food because I knew that it probably was not hot by this point. I touched the onion rings and they were cold not even room temperature but cold to touch. I asked to speak to a manager. This older lady I believe her name was Wendy was very unprofessional when I explained to her what had happened. She didn’t even apologize. Her only excuse was three of her kitchen employees had called off. She says they were running behind and that she could make my order again for me Fresh. I asked her how long that would take. She then informed me she could make it a priority, but she could not give me a time because they were so far behind and very busy. I asked her what my other option was and she set a refund. After working 12 hours, I decided just to take the refund and go Home. As I started to walk away with the food, she informed me that I could not take the food because she had refunded me. She says I couldn’t have both. Are you kidding me? I asked her what she was going to do with the food, she said, throw it away. She said if I wanted to keep the food, she could ring me up again, but I would have to pay for it. Pay for cold food? At this point this manager thinks it’s more important to make a customer who is waited at this point an hour for their food Repay for food that should have been brought out 55 minutes ago. I literally could not believe my ears. What kind of franchise owner teaches their managers how to treat customers in a situation like this? The right thing would have been to refund the full order and let me take the cold food that I waited at this point an hour for. But this manager thought it was more important to tell me that she would have to recharge me for the food that she is just going to throw away and make me even more unhappy than to do the right thing. This is unacceptable on every level. I will make sure that I do not return to this location and I will make sure that I share my experience with anyone who will listen when your restaurant is brought up. It’s sickens me to think how many times I have been to this franchise, and this is the respect and courtesy that I am shown? Beside the fact that half of the staff upfront look like They shouldn’t even be working in this location. Employees with Pink colored hair or hair in long braids or dreadlocks that isn’t even pulled back array from their face or in a hairnet. So many employees just standing around up front talking in their slang I thought I was in the hood for a moment. There were so many levels of unprofessionalism at this location that it literally made me sick to my stomach. This franchise owner needs to retrain their management team and they need to hire people with class and manners if I want to walk into a restaurant that people are talking like they’re in the hood then I would go to the hood and order food. I do not expect this in my town of Franklin.

It was a place I loved to go to. But twice a blond hair appeared in our food. And the food has been cold lately. I won't go anymore👎🏻

Tasty fresh food. I am a fan of the mushrooms & Swiss burger. The chick tenders are also great. Definitely a step above the national burger joint chains.
Custard (like ice cream) made on the premises each day and a variety of toppings available. Friendly staff.

I haven't been to a Culver's since I lived in the north US. It was so nice to be back, and was exactly how I remembered it.
