Worst franchise ever! I've lived within 2 miles of this location for the last 9 years. Repeatedly poor service, and today was it for our family --- the employee threw the bag of donuts at my face because I simply asked for sweet tea and they didn't have any made because ONCE AGAIN the so-and-so person didn't show up this morning to make it. After our experience today, even our daughters said NO MORE. We will drive further down the street to spend our money for coffee, etc.
If you are not getting good service then you are in the wrong location! I have visited several locations and at various times, for the most part they are all staffed with friendly employees who are obviously working hard. Today I am in Franklin and the young man noticed that I had been here for a while and offered me a drink! I will take this place over the "other" popular coffee place any day!!
