HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Have tried to reach mgmt and unable to get anyone on the phone… absolute worst we’ve ever experienced
Donuts were old, jelly was spoiled, order was wrong, drive through had trash everywhere... Take my suggestion do not visit the Dunkin Donut on Highway 96 in Franklin, TN.
The carothers location has upgrade their service level back to where it used to be. Clearly the former manager is back (Angel) and the crew is very customer centric. Also happy to see you are making Honey Raisin Bran muffins. I hope it continues throughout the year!
