I’m only giving this location two stars because the guy in the back making everything was so nice. The blonde haired girl working the counter could use come customer service training. My wife and I went in earlier this morning…my wife says good morning twice and the girls looks at her likes she’s crazy. We ask questions to order and all we get is yes, no answers with an attitude. The guy in the back…GREAT!!! Girl in the front…get someone new.

TERRIBLE! I pulled up to the drive thru for a nice hot cup of coffee around 7 pm night before Thanksgiving. I really needed it as I was out in the cold, delivering food. I only had a couple minutes to get My much looked forward to coffee. The guy shoved a portable card reader thru the window for me to pay. WHAT?! It was hard to see from the car and I've NEVER had a drive thru give me that thing! AWKWARD! All he was concerned about was getting a tip from me for my $3.39 (already overpriced!) coffee! WHY?! I just decided to pay cash! Easier cuz I couldn't read the stuff on the card reader thing anyway! ...THEN he tells me to pull to the next UNOCCUPIED window ! WHYYY?! Zero clear communication & what? No coffee?! I had to go! I ended up leaving after backing up to the first window where I found him talking on his cellphone !!! WTH??!! I had to drive off after having paid $3.39 FOR NOTHING!!!!! 😡

Got donuts this morning and specified to them multiple times that there is a severe blueberry allergy. The employee at the drive thru window acknowledged what I said multiple times as well. So then proceeded to put more blueberry donuts in there than anything else. As if they did it on purpose.

Just had one of the most unpleasant and inappropriate experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an Iced Latte with cream instead of whole milk. The man taking my order over the speaker made an extremely unprofessional and disgusting comment; something along the lines of, “you want to finish all of my cream?” Absolutely unacceptable. That kind of remark is not only disrespectful but completely out of line in a workplace setting. When we pulled up to pay for the order, there was a different young man who we expressed our dissatisfaction with and he said “sorry he was just trying to be funny.” We did not find this funny. We left feeling uncomfortable and shocked that an employee would speak to a customer like that. Management seriously needs to address this kind of behavior immediately.

Arrived at this location at 8:07 AM. I pulled on the door and it was locked. There were two employees in the front. A girl looked at me, pointed to the corner and then walked off. I stood there for another minute and both employees just looked at me like I was stupid. There was no sign or anything explaining as to why they would not let me in. If this location is drive-through only, they should do better at advertising that. I will never be back to this location simply because the rude staff.

I just want to give a big shout out to Evan!!! On duty alone and and this guy is on
IT!! He treats every customer with care, communication of the wait, and true kindness!! Latterly sprinting to get every order out with the greatest care and promptness! Whoever hired him did a great job, and Evan is very worthy of recognition!!! A model employee!!!

Used to be a good place. Simple ice coffee drink now is watered down consistently. Pathetic, pay more for elsewhere. My colleagues have been asking me what flavor tea I got when I asked for ice coffee!
