Horrible. I've gotten a peppermint mocha latte the last 2 weeks. One each week.asked for extra peppermint this time! No whip cream nothing. Nope it was horrible and cold!! I gave 3 chances. 3 different times in 2 weeks. Not again!!

Shut down drive thru because not enough staff. But three workers inside kicking back shoving donuts in bags that they don’t bother to open smearing icing all over bag. They will last through Christmas and close. They aren’t missing staff. They are missing management.

Slowest coffee place in cool springs. If you need a morning coffee don't come here... you will be late for work. People stop for coffee to help have a better morning and this place will just stress you out and make you late

Normally I'd give Dunkin a better rating but I can't because I didn't get a donut here. We were next door getting supper and I had a hankering for a good donut. Drove over to Dunkin and didn't see anybody but lights were on. Went inside and saw a head pop up behind the counter. I said are you open? The guy said, "We're in the process of closing and throwing all the donuts out. Sorry." It was 6:50 and sign said they close at 7:00. My son said the same thing had happened to him previously, 10-15 minutes before closing. Look, I get it having been a fast food closing manager. You want to go home. But if you say you're open until 7:00, then stay open until 7:00! IF you want to close at 6:50, then change the sign. We went to Krispy Kreme. They have good donuts!

I’m obsessed with a certain item at this certain establishment. however i one day made the mistake of pulling up to the second window. At this point I had made eye contact with a blonde young lass who had a Dunkin’ donuts Employee straddling her lap. In our experience, the customer service is kind, coffee is good & consistent. We’ve been ordering from this location since it’s opening and it’s a go-to for afternoon coffee. I usually order on the app at least 3-4 times a week: iced americano w the exception of ordering a cold brew or iced coffee & it’s pretty consistent & good. With that said, looking forward to the pumpkin items availability and will continue to order as this experience continues. Thanks, Dunkin’

Time and time again this place fails me. Not friendly, lobby is closed frequently so I can’t pick up my online order, and this past time the coffee was so bad I had to throw it out. Have learned my lesson and won’t be back.

Dirty, but fairly polite. I've been to this location twice and both experiences were not great. First time, I walked in the front door and there's a giant dead roach right as you enter. One at the register as well. This is at 6am when the store should be near its cleanest. Pretty gross and dirty inside. Second experience, during business hours, lights were on, drive through was open. Sat in drive through... No one answered. I pulled around and I could see that someone was crouched hiding behind the counter. I pulled away enough to look like I was gone and I saw the woman get up from behind the counter and go back to her business. She was just hiding from me. Didn't want to help me at the drive through.

Needs to be shut down. Always running out of everything. Often has only one or two brand new people working. Just paid for entire order for myself and coworkers only to find out after waiting over 15 minutes that they were out of everything I ordered and no manager available to give a refund. Basically stole my money.
