Last time I was in there (2 weeks ago), my husband and I ordered the same meal. His came and I watched him eat it all. I NEVER got my food - and I’m pregnant. Our waiter checked on it multiple times, so we were told. He finally came to the table and said “I don’t know what happened. Y’all can just leave. I’ll take care of the bill.” No apologies, no manager, no anything. So we left and went to Cracker Barrel so I could eat. Worst experience. We won’t be back.
