We got salted dulce cupcake that was so salty in the middle it was like brine! Horrible! Worst cupcake I have ever had! For what we paid, I could have bought a cake mix and made 2 dozen cupcakes that would have been 100 times better than what we had there!

This location is not color people friendly If you are a person of color as in African American you will not be treated as a regular American you will have snotty looks and mistreated when it comes to service I still didn't lie impatiently I was not dressed out of the normal dress code but not only were the customers ruled but the service desk of the two girls that took my cupcake order were very rude and highly disrespectful One of the younger girls that were a blonde indicated that she had never served a black person which indicated to me that someone told her that it was wrong or that she had been brainwashed in black people were not supposed to be served at this location This is not a place that you should be mistreated at especially buying high dollar cupcakes almost $5 per cupcake no one should be looked at differently because of the color of their skin I was rushed I was continuously asked is that all you want is that all you need and are you sure that you can purchase all of these as in as if I did not have the financial assets to make a purchase in this type of store. I asked for a contact for management and was told it won't do any good because I was not appreciated in this store and if I could make my purchase and hurry up and leave. Be mindful people of color that this is not a store that we are not accepted at still in 2024

I had a great experience with Gigi's following a disastrous one with another Brentwood baker. Gigi's products are delicious, and they pleasantly accepted several annoying changes to my order after payment. Gigi's is my new bakery!

These cupcakes were absolutely DELICIOUS !! Oh my goodness, I am craving them as I type. (I went days ago). My cashier was very helpful in helping me decide which cupcakes to order. The ambiance is casual. If you are craving cupcakes and are willing to travel to Franklin, PLEASE GO !!!!

Did I drive 40 minutes just for Gigi's cupcakes after I got let go from my job of 16 years...you betcha I did! Gigi's is magic. We had a sampling to share by my favorites by far were the #1 wedding cake MMMMMMM the best cupcake I have ever had. #2 for me was strawberry shortcake. Very good and #3 was Lemon. Honestly so good!

There is not a thing in this store that I can eat due to allergies, but my family really enjoyed their cupcakes, so I rated in the middle. They do offer gluten-free options, however they do not cater to any other food allergies. I am allergic to dairy, gluten and soy...I would recommend at least adding dairy-free options as that is a pretty common allergy/intolerance.

I was watching Undercover Boss and thought the Gina was so loving and caring and to help those employees in need was absolutely beautiful.I wish your store in Nashville TN was still open because I wanted to visit and meet you and enjoy your cupcakes.Hope you and your mom are talking and spending time together.

This was my first time ever in Gigi’s, and unfortunately the experience was not what I expected. Upon opening the door and stepping in, I was hit by a stench that smelt like sewer, and when I asked the employee why, she said it was their grease trap. Thats definitely not the aroma of sweet vanilla and buttercream I would expect stepping into a cupcake shop. I would fully recommend closing the store until that is fixed, as my appetite was completely gone. I wanted to give you my money, but I left without a purchase because the smell was such a huge turn off, and I just couldn’t get past it. Unfortunately, the saying couldn’t be more true in this instance, you never get a second chance to make a first impression.
