The older person behind the counter began our interaction by acting as if our presence in the store offended them. The sheer hostility emanating from them was so sharp that if looks could kill, I would not be here to write this review today. We soldiered through to place our order on the kiosk, being first-time customers to the establishment, and then went outside to sit at the tables available, which were filthy, by the way. We waited an appropriate amount of time for our food. My next interaction was no better with my same service counterpart @ Ground. I asked for napkins, and with an eye roll, I was directed to the rolls of paper towels as if I should have known that this was standard at the establishment (sidenote: there are no paper towels outside the tables). Again, it's the first time, and even if not, I don't believe it's my fault if someone hates their job, and I only wanted some napkins for messy burgers, not a bad attitude. The burgers were fine. They were not worth the almost thirty-five dollars total ticket price we paid for two people to eat lunch. We shall not return.

I like this place. The one in downtown Franklin is similar, although arguably a little more spacious. I've only had their standard burgers, a custom one and then the barbecue one. Both were very tasty and the fries are pretty good as well. This particular location has ample parking and good customer service. I do recommend if you're in the area and looking for a burger that's not from a chain!

This was our first time coming to this restaurant. I am pregnant and they made sure to cook the ground beef safely! I am so appreciative of their customer service. My husband really enjoyed the sweet potato fries! We highly recommend this burger establishment!

Visited for supper. Was very confusing where and how to order. Not an easy process. Burger was good. Fries were terrible. Chewy and cold.Sadly was not impressed with the whole experience.

Great Burger and crispy fries. I like the fact you can order your fries crispy along with a variety of ranch dips.Kid-friendliness: Kids eat for $1.00 on Saturdays and beers are BOGO free when you dine in.
