PLEASE IGNORE EVERY BAD REVIEW. For real, I’m not the type of person to ever even leave online reviews but I know restaurants in today’s times live and die on their reviews. My family and I frequently visit Health Sushi because it is hands down the best value and quality in Franklin for Sushi OR Ramen. If you want Ramen stay away from Ichiddo where it tastes like dirty dishwater and come here instead where it takes like it came from a Japanese grandma’s kitchen. The Sushi and Sashimi are high quality and they are much more generous with their portions than any other sushi place around the area. Any reviews saying otherwise frankly have unreal expectations. I eat here every week, have been dozens of times, and I’ve never had a bad sushi experience. If you order sashimi the portions of fish are huge and well worth the money compared to any other place around. The people complaining about service need to take a deep breath and realize it’s the same 3 people running the whole little restaurant every hour of every day they are open. This is a family establishment and I’ve never seen a group of people work so hard. They are so kind and so grateful for the business. Please frequent this restaurant so it thrives and grows.

I am baffled at the bad reviews on here. This place is GOLD. Our favorite little sushi spot and my husband and I consider ourselves sushi snobs. The quality of the fish is incredible and if you like to order sashimi, you won’t find better value : huge thick slices. We are there at least twice a week. The other night, my boys and I were in the mood for some Ramen and we didn’t feel like driving to Nashville for it (because that’s where all the good ramen is) and I remembered seeing Ramen on the menu at health sushi, so we decided to give it a try. Dude. :) Ask for their spicy tonkatsu ramen and thank me later. My love for this place has reached new heights. Also, I love the server that I’ve seen complaints about. She is there everytime we go and takes care of us. Sometimes it’s just her taking care of every table by herself and I know from my days in college working in restaurants that 4 tables can be overwhelming. She’s always been so sweet to me and my family. Typing this makes me want to go for lunch today.

Visited on a Saturday night with no wait! They have a small staff, but are very friendly. We really enjoyed our sushi rolls AND ramen! (The Creamy Chicken ramen has an addicting garlicky, green onion broth.) Already looking forward to returning to try more menu items.

Brought my kids for their first dumplings and sushi. They loved it. Great place to get in and out of quickly. Also cost effective for a family.
Amazing food, amazing service. If you order a ginger salad to go, ask for dressing on the side. They went ahead and put it on the salad but I would’ve liked to have had more dressing! It was delicious! Service wasn’t super fast but that didn’t bother me. They were taking their time preparing the meal and it tasted great so no complaints here! They were nice and welcoming.

Will add pics next time I visit but this place is outstanding. Super fresh ingredients and their flavor does all the work. First thing I noticed was that my spicy salmon role was not salty -- which was perfect. You could actually taste all of the ingredients.The ginger salad is a meal. It's not your typical small bowl of frozen iceberg with ginger dressing. It's a plate full of crispy mixed greens with fresh avocado and mango. Great reduced ginger dressing. Had a green dragon roll to finish. Again it was beautifully prepared. The laser thin avocado slices on top were a work of art. Server was great and she kept both the dishes coming and glasses full.Restaurant was cold but that was the only less than perfect part of this great meal.Promise to add pics next time. GO!
